2017/2018 Registration, Refund, and Payment Policies

 

A)  Petaluma Youth Lacrosse registration fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  1. Full refund for any requests in writing prior to 12/1/2017

  2. Full refund less a $50 administration fee for any requests in from 12/1/2017 to 1/1/2018

  3. Full refund less a $50 administration fee for medical requests in writing prior to 2/1/2018

  4. 50% refund for non-medical requests in writing from 1/1/2018 to 2/1/2018

B)  All Petaluma Youth Lacrosse prior-year and current-year registration fees must be paid-in-full before a player may take the field for practice or games.  In the case of multiple-player families prior written payment plans may be developed with board approval.  Families may contact the club treasurer, Marcia Keasler, at treasurer@petalumalacrosse.com to arrange payment plans.

C)  A valid US Lacrosse membership must be in place for a player to take the field for practice or games.  The annual US Lacrosse membership is required during the online registration process. You will be redirected to the US Lacrosse website, where their online form will be filled out and the fee paid online.  This fee is non-refundable through Petaluma Youth Lacrosse.
